Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
- The accommodation will be only offered to the shortlisted participants other than IIT Delhi.
- The bookings are only valid, if booked through this event website
- The rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini Bar, Phone Bills or any other services not mentioned above.
- Room check-in (1400hrs) / check-out time (1200hrs) is as per hotel policy. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.
- The hotel room bookings are valid from 8th to 11th November 2024 only, during the IFAM 2024.
- Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking with the conference organizers
